Great staff and lovely standard fare BBQ quality and sides. Although the fried okra i had was definitely above average the rest felt very home cooked basic. For sure nothing like that Texas style excellence you can find some places but lovely nonetheless.

Ate at Hatchers On-Target BBQ in Alcoa – Had Hush Puppies, Pickle Fries, and a Pulled Pork Sandwich, among other things. Best Bologna sandwich and Collard Greens (outside of my grandmother) that I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. 9.5 stars out of 10.

We were passing through the area and had a taste for some barbecue. After a search it led us here to Hatcher’s on Target. We each had a 2 meat platter that came with 2 sides and tried the pickle fries. The food and service were outstanding. Anytime we drive back through this area, we’ll plan on coming back! Thank you, everything was amazing!

I’ve lived right down the street from this place for a year! Never tried it, I really didn’t know what I was missing! Excellent brisket sandwich and their mac n cheese is the best I’ve ever had. I mean ever! Highly recommend, pricing is a little steep, but from working in the food industry for years, I know why! Mom and pops place have a much more difficult time advertising and staying in business! Go support a great local business! This place is excellent !

Went to Hatchers On Target BBQ for lunch. It’s a small restaurant tucked away in a corner of Alcoa. I just happened to see it on Google maps looking for something else. It’s very clean with a very friendly lady at the counter. You order and then go sit down where your food is brought out to you. I got really smoky pulled pork that was very good. I’m used to a thick sauce and theirs is kinda watery but it’s absolutely fantastic. The sweet sauce complements the pork very well. The mac & cheese is thick, cheesy and decadent. It’s definitely high end cheese that is used. The fries were fried dark like I like them. It was a very good pulled pork plate. This place is a little hard to find but worth the hunt. Go on Google maps and pay them a visit. You wont be disappointed.

Veteran owned and operated, hands down the best BBQ you’re going to find locally. We eat there every chance we get! The food is amazing, the owners are wonderful, and the establishment is super clean! I cannot shout their praises enough! Check it out for yourself!

We found this place while looking for somewhere to eat near the airport. It did not disappoint, the pulled pork sandwich was great. They had a wide selection of sides and all the ones we tried were superb. You get to pick the type of sauce to go with your meal and there is an option for everyone, all the ones we tasted were finger licking good.

Such a relief to find Hatcher’s after discovering, much to my heartache, that Dead End BBQ in Maryville is closed for good. Hatcher’s was easy to find and smelled so good as I pulled up. The staff was sweet and professional. Brisket was so good and coleslaw was just how I like it. Sweet heat is the way to go.

Great place for brisket. The sauce they have is definitely warmer than most I’ve had around here and is a perfect complement to the brisket.
