HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The inside is cute and bright and clean. The service was quick and the staff were so friendly. I got the pork and rice and the pork was so tender and flavorful and the rice and plantains were yummy! The cubanos were massive and amazing. They have a good selection of cocktails as well. Will definitely be back!

Havana 13 is the best restaurant in town. The food is very flavorful and very well made. So if you are looking for a taste of Latino cuisine. This is your place. I will definitely go back a 100% recommended.

A quaint establishment with friendly staff. The reason why I gave 3 stars was due to the service being hit & miss; people who came in after us were served before us (I guess it depended upon who your server was). Also the rice was cold & the only 2 desserts on the menu were flan (which we could not eat as it was like rubber) & a sickly, sweet, heavy lemon cake which was not at all palatable. Other than that, the food was savory & very good. We shall definitely go again, but we won’t order dessert!

The dish was a Jerk shrimp on a sudo Alfredo sauce w/pasta, it broke before I finished my meal. Very very spicy and salty. Wait staff was loud. I was the only one in the restaurant, my CC on the table & still had to ask for a check. Will not go again.

Have been to the VA eastern shore many times and this far and away the best restaurant on or near 13. Clean and bright and cheerful interior, friendly efficient staff, and freshest food for miles. Great that they had some vegetarian options too. Will be back, thanks.

Wow.. what a great experience. It is so glad to finally see that the shore has a new restaurant, and they did not disappoint. I ordered the empanadas as well as the shrimp and grits and they were beyond delicious! Will definitely be returning.

Waited a very long time and server then brought wrong order, ours had been given to another table, although they acted as is if it didn’t happen. My husband ordered a burger with seafood and only got a plain burger. My sandwich was very good. Server never asked how our food was or if we needed anything, and it was as if they dreaded returning to our table. We didn’t say a word, ate, paid, and left. A little training for management and servers is what I think was missing. This community is too small for a business not to care about customer satisfaction. I hope they succeed, though, if they can work out the wrinkles.

The Rasta Pasta today was incredible. The Havana 13 Chef makes a killer alfredo sauce to go with the sausage, shrimp, etc. I love the many Cuban dishes they serve.
