Awesome picadillo plate. I have never had Cuban food before, I was craving rice, and found this simple yet flavorful plate to be fantastic!

Nice small place and food was amazing! But unfortunately customer service was not. I saw a newspaper article with the lady who was there & I’m guessing she is the owner. Her aggressive attitude was a little too much for us. Food was great but customer service can always make it better.

I’m glad I found this place! We had the beef sandwich and the chicken sandwich, the yucca fries and the plantains. Delicious! The fries, from yucca root, were tasty, a bit like potato fries but healthier. The plantains were sweet, almost a dessert entree. The owner is sincerely welcoming. No wonder she’s been in the restaurant business for over three decades.

I had the Havana Pork Plate with black beans and white rice and also yucca fries and tostones on the side. Everything was good and service was friendly. Even though Cuban Coffee wasn’t available the day I visited (5-10-23), I was told it would be available at the end of May, so I’ll definitely have to go back and try the Cuban Coffee and key lime pie. Definitely recommend!

A little hidden gem I was introduced to & so grateful for it. The menu is limited but the quality is amazing. I ordered a little bit of everything and even something I was off the menu that was being prepared while I was there. Not pictured are the plantains which satisfy my sweet and salty tooth and the delicious cubano sandwich. I even took some home to my very picky kids and they loved it. Needless to say I will be coming back. PS the owner is super friendly & welcoming
