Wow! What a surprise. This unassuming food truck was so delicious. Large amount of food for a good price. Lots of Cuban food options and they even have Jaritos. Park out in the gravel lot and walk through the gate and you’ll be treated with a brightly colored food truck in a gravel parking lot. All outdoor seating with some shade provided by the awning. Order at the window, the food did take a little bit to get to us, but it was well worth the wait. Definitely recommend the steak burrito, birria burrito and the fried plantains. Extremely nice lady taking the orders.

When I tell you I absolutely demolish this meal, every bite is full of flavor. I order at least once a week and it never gets old. The plantains are a perfect crisp and chewy, the fries are the perfect crispy, the tacos are to die for.

It’s the sauce for me!!! You gotta try this!! Outstanding service! Delusions, Juicy, and Authentic!! Started out with a fresh cold cola. I ordered the Birria Tacos! And when I tell you, it was SO GOOD! The beef is packed with favor and the sauce takes it to other levels. There’s something about their house special green sauce that has me dipping every fry! But the dessert!! Guava cheesecake. Heavenly, Creamy & Life changing!!

What a gem!!! We actually stumbled upon this by accident, best accident ever! We were at first discouraged by the location as it’s in the middle of a trailer park, but decided to give it a go since we were there. Once you enter the premise of the food truck, you wouldn’t even notice the area you are in. The food truck is in a secluded area and has a nice seating area with chickens roaming around the place.

This is the place to go! We were staying at a resort nearby. We always look for small places as opposed to the super expensive tourist fare. This place is beyond amazing! You can tell that there is pure love put into this food. The atmosphere is simple and charming. The food… I would happily pay three times the price for food of this quality and flavor. And if it was in a restaurant in the middle of a big city, you absolutely would pay at least that. We got a glimpse into the kitchen also and it was immaculate! You’re probably paying considerably more to eat in a restaurant with a kitchen that isn’t nearly as clean as this one.Top notch! Do not pass this place over!
