Stopped to pick up lunch here just after we landed in Maui. Took it to a beach park to eat and it was fantastic! Really fresh and different and they packed it all up for us to go really nicely. The person at the counter was super patient explaining the different menu items to us. There’s not really anywhere to eat in and the soda machine was out of order so we just got sodas from the attached convenience store.

The paniolo burger was delicious! The food took way longer than it should, 30 minutes, and it’s in a gas station so a tad crusty. My burger was good. My fries were not. They offered to re-make them or refund me and I appreciated that. The other negative was it just felt expensive for what I got.

Cold, burnt food. Ordered extra crispy fries that were cold, pale and limp. Burger, completely dry. This was the Paniolo burger. Definitely did not receive what was pictured on the website.

Ordered our food at 7p to pick up and our food wasn’t ready till about 815p!!!! Waited 45 min here .Terrible!!! Their kolohe fries suck, cheap tasting cheese & mushy! They said the sauce on the fries taste like thousand island but all we tasted was cheap cheese First & last time coming here. We can get better tasting burgers & fries at teddys.
