The food is good sometimes but today they sent me my food and it was literally burned to a crisp. When I called to let them know, instead of offering to give me some new food or a refund the manager or whatever he is told me not to order from there anymore. I don’t understand how anyone providing service would treat a repeat customer I order from the weekly and you’d think they would take care of their regular customers but instead they treat me like that. I honestly will not order from them anymore.

I just received the most dispicable food I think I’ve ever had!! This food was worse than a mall’s food court!! I don’t know what changes this place has made recently but I’m just disgusted..this place has never been amazing but if you didn’t want to leave the house it was ok..Everything in my pu pu platter was burnt but that didn’t even matter the taste from the chicken wings to egg rolls were completely off tasteless.. the lobster sauce was light in color and tasteless..The mushu chicken was nothing even close to mushu chicken.. I didn’t even open the lo mein.. its a loss I threw my money away. 97 bucks!! I will never order from this establishment again…

I always ordered from here, and spent lots of money here and am completely mind blown by the ignorance of the owner!!!! Owner is rude!!! Sent food burnt to a crisp(when I mean burnt black hard as a rock) and I called he said it’s the old oil I said yes and it’s way over cooked!!! He then told me not to order, I asked for a refund or a plate that isn’t burnt because I spent $43 on one plate and two Pepsis and he hung up!!!! If my child were to eat this beef teriyaki or boneless spare rib it would most like break a tooth!!! Go elsewhere, avoid the horrible food as well as the worst customer service ever!!!!

I love Haverhill Jade, the people are always so nice an respectable. I’ve dine there with my daughter back when it first opened in early 2000s , I’ve ordered delivery. Once I order right at closing I wanted a LG chicken , it came back a little pink needless to say we all make mistakes but I knew they close in like 5 min, I called he answered I tells him , my chicken was a little pink at the bone, I know your closing or I’d get another can you drop my refund off on your way home, he says naw naw I’ll make your chicken it’s no problem an deliver it Awesome I went to show him the chicken but he didn’t care to see it, he apologized an the convo was awesome, The chicken is amazing, the convo was nice At Haverhill Jade Hun The food is always fresh, hot an at a reasonable price. The veg low mein, love it, ….the chicken love it even more…The egg rolls are yummy yummo lol. Good luck an hope you enjoy .

We always order from haverhill jade!!! The food was old rubber spare ribs and the crab racoon was even old. We called and in and said the food was bad and that we always order from them , the gentleman just kept talking over me. Nothing was resolved and we said we wouldn’t order again from them. He just said ok and hung up. For a customer of over 10 years …… I cannot believe they treated us like that. Very unprofessional and we have been supportive for your place. Feel bad for them they lost us.

Might just be me. I normally Peking Garden but it was closed on a Monday. However, I couldn’t eat anything. The people that work there are lovely but I couldn’t stomach any of the food. Like I said..maybe it’s just me. If you hate Peking Garden maybe you’ll like this place. Unfortunately, I’ll have to build up my budget for another month before I can finally eat some delicious Chinese food again.
