Excellent food! No complaints about the food at all. Prices are fair, service is friendly but our food took a little longer than expected to make….but that was offset with how good the food was. Guessing it took a little bit of time because they were actually making the food, not frozen or pre-prepped stuff.

They give a generous portion, even if it’s a special plate (like the chicken katsu, when we went there). I think it’s generous enough that a plate can serve two people (or if you’re reeeeeaaally hungry, one person). The garlic ahi is sooo good! Most places cook their fish to dryness but this place does not. The locomoco is ono! I like their patty; it doesn’t seem premade. The katsu is juicy and not pounded into thinness like some places would to cut costs. The place is clean, the staff are attentive and courteous. Thanks much!

I was “ono” for bbq short ribs and saw this restaurant in Waipahu across laterally from the post office. I-Ordered a mini plate – so delicious and plentiful. I’m going back again!.
