Over the past year, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality and service at this particular Hawaiian Brothers location. The last three visits have all presented issues, and my most recent experience was particularly disappointing. I had arranged for curbside pickup, only to wait an extra five minutes past the promised time with no one approaching my car.

First time I’ve been here, came on a recommendation, and it did not disappoint! I must have looked lost because staff came to help me after just one minute lol. It’s self-service ordering on computer screens or there’s one cashier. The luau pork and Honolulu chicken with steamed veggies were very delicious A+. The young man Adrian was very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely be back!!

The food here is so good! I got the Kilauea chicken and Honolulu chicken, and I enjoyed both. Each plate comes with rice and a macaroni salad side. The food came out quickly and was steaming hot, it was perfect. The staff here is so welcoming and sweet. Definitely a must try!

Greeted by such welcoming workers, walked us through the offerings they had. I ordered the large lunch mixed plate with Molokai chicken and luau pig. The food came out quick and tasted amazing. 10/10 would order again

The food was ok, not the best. It lacks flavor and presentation. It doesn’t have the spicy or salty flavor all food should have, and their Mac and cheese salad looks repelling. I’ve had better Hawaiian food at Ono Hawaiian Grill and other non-chained Hawaiian restaurants back in Arizona.

They definitely spread the Aloha at the Hurst location! Great welcome asking if it was our first time here. The host went through the menu with my mom while I went to the rest room. We placed our order and I forgot to scan my rewards. They quickly showed me on the app the QR code where I could add this order to my rewards. I sat my mom down who was in a wheelchair and went to fill our drinks. While I was doing that the host got us napkins and plastic ware. The food was delicious and it was great to see the staff walking around the restaurant checking in on the guests. They even stopped by an picked up our trash for us. Wonderful food, wonderful service and wonder experience!
