Being from Hawaii it was not the best but it was pretty close. We ordered spam musabi and they were a little dry. They dont cook the spam the same as in Hawaii with the sauce but still good.

A typical Hawaiian Food, a nice BBQ meat + rice + macaroni & cheese.. I suggest you to go for their BBQ Chicken or BBQ Short Ribs, as I think it’s very nice.. It’s a tad sweet, but not too sweet.. And the Short Ribs especially is very soft, which is nice.. I don’t think the Beef is nice though, the Beef is slightly below average.. The price is a standard price, you can get a full meal at $8-$12..

It was Always good. It was Always the best value for Hawaii lunch plate. They used to be not stingy with the food portions. Now they changed owners raised prices 3 times so they are a dollar over L&L Hawaiian which is way better. On top of that they changed the recipes and the food not only isn’t as good as it was. It is not as fresh as it was and borders on being spoiled. Especially the Kalua Pork. No amount of liquid smoke can cover that up. I do not patronize this business any longer. Back to L & L

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every combo I’ve had here. I always get the combo with white rice and mac salad and I’m never disappointed. Their mac salad is great, it’s not too sweet! The Lau Lau is to die for, it’s so flavorful. This place is far better than the Ono’s Hawaiian on 14th. The portions are great for the price. I highly recommend trying the lemon pepper chicken or grilled salmon meal for a healthier option, both are fantastic. As far as chain Hawaiian food goes, this is on the better quality side!

My first time here and my first impression is great! I got a mini short rib lunch with no mac salad or rice. Most places when I ask for no carbs usually only give raw shredded cabbage underneath the ribs. This place put tasty steamed vegetables, carrots, cabbage and broccoli and it was truly a meal. The other thing I appreciated… it was not overly salty. I will definitely be going back.

Stopped by to get take out. After I got my food, I grabbed a juice out of the fridge. The guy insisted that I didn’t pay, but I did. I tossed my receipt so he looked it up and sure enough I paid for the juice. He did apologize. Portions are good but price was too high and not a vaule. I paid $31 for 2 plates and a juice. Thats a rip off and they accused me of stealing . Food quality also was not that great. I would suggest going to Ono Hawaiian BBQ instead.Prices are similar but food is way better !
