They absolutely do not answer the phone when you call in, & the recording still references a week in May (it’s mid-August at the time I am writing this). I just want to place a takeout order on my way home from work & don’t want to add more time to my lengthy commute by ordering in the restaurant & waiting 30 minutes per other reviews for my food. They are losing a lot of customer-base by not offering online or phone-in orders.

Best Hawaiian comfort food hands down. After living in Maui for three years, I always am on the lookout for authentic Mac salad and huli chicken and this chain has it right. Great Mac salad. Friendly service.

Nice place. The restaurant dine in is back. Area clean and organized. Staff friendly and helpful. The portion size is big and priced right. The only complain and I know it’s not their fault because it’s a reoccurring theme..no beef available. Also no Pepsi. Outside of those issues good quick Hawaii style meal.

I ordered the Mauna Loa Chicken today, which I have ordered here before and today it is COATED in oil. You can see in the pics below there is about an 1/8 inch layer of oil over all of the meat.

Always enjoy the Hawaiian Time chain. Not a huge menu, but very consistent. Comforting knowing what you’ll get. The staff was friendly, and service was quick!

Place is good. Love the huli huli chicken. Don’t like the name of that chicken. Hula hoop chicken would be better 🙂

My lady brought home a plate for me after taking the kids out to lunch. It may have been luke warm from the car ride home but by far the best Hawaiian food I’ve ever had. The craziest good mac salad. We will definitely be making this place our go to Hawaiian food spot.
