They’ve closed the lobby due to understaffing, so only drive thru. While I usually wouldn’t mind, it seems to have given the staff a terribly bad attitude. The food is always good UNLESS you want a substitution for something. They get mad and get your order wrong. Because I love the food and it’s close to work I will still go but the staff will NEVER receive a tip from me until the atmosphere improves…

Absolutely terrible!! I order three of their #8 (Chinese chicken salad) that were around $12.50 a piece. They are hands down was the worst salads we’ve ever had. The size of the salad was small, like a side salad. We found the hard ends of the lettuce in each of the salads. We will never go back! They’re so many better places around town to buy wonderful salads! It’s has been months since we have eaten here, and you can definitely tell the quality has gone down!

Tasty food and it was ready lightning fast! The me u is limited compared to local boys and the Mac salad dosn’t compete with local boys but for eugene it’s a solid option. Like everything else there is a slightly better version in corvallis.

Ordered Chinese Chicken salad-got home, No mandarin oranges, 2 slices of mushrooms, asked for no green onions & had them! Have a $5.00 tip, they should have given me a $5.00 discount! I’ve been a regular customer- spoke to the manager recently re: quality of salads now, she kindly remade my salads, however for costing more, I will Not return after todays sad salad .. too $$ for poor quality.

They’ve been out of Sriracha at the drive through for months. Completely unacceptable. Even if they have to charge for it to make sense they should have the option. Do better Hawaiian Time! I’ve been eating there since the location in 18th and it’s sad to see it go downhill like this. Do what got you to the dance! And bring back beef!

This used to be one of our fave places to eat when lived here. We always make a point to eat Hawaiian time at least once when in town. Today, we were disappointed to discover they no longer carry the only two items we ever order from here. They no longer sell anything with beef. Unfortunately we didn’t learn this until we had already driven there. Online still shows their full menu. The staff was very friendly though. Parking lot was swarming with high schoolers yelling obscene things at each other, which was kinda of annoying.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. Nobody answers the phone, so you’re forced to order online and pay an extra $2 to pick it up. Then the lobby is closed and they don’t warn you that it will take 30 minutes then wait in the drive through line, deafesting the whole purpose of ordering ahead. They have 2 employees working who seem to be on the phone but never answer it. NEVER coming back and certainly not in a rush.
