We held our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner here on June 9. Greg and his staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. They helped with set up and take down and serving our cake that we brought. The wait staff kept everyone’s glasses full. We chose 3 dinner options for our guests, the beef medallions, the white fish and the chicken. The food was delicious. We are from NY and had to plan this long distance. Couldn’t have found a more perfect place to start our wedding weekend. Thank you!

This restaurant used to be good when they had a chef….now the food is done by a cook. Super duper expensive and not good. Soup comes out cold, veggies aren’t seasonal or local and frequently burnt. Head to Saugatuck for Chef owned culinary experiences….it’s worth the travel.

It was ok food but paid a bit for it. The bill was 180 with tip for 4. With one bottle of wine, one beer and a pop. I had water. They didn’t mind you having take home. We did the pasta buffet.

We are regulars and the food is outstanding and so are the staff! Saturday, June 26th 2021 was our wedding day. We had scheduled to have the ceremony outside by the gazebo. The owner said that if it rained it would be moved under the pavilion outside. At showtime the rain was so hard, we couldn’t even do that.

We followed up our wedding with a visit to Hawkshead and were honestly amazed with how well made every meal we received was. The filet mignon I ordered nearly melted in my mouth and I’m told that every other steak was similar. One of our party ordered the fish and one a salad and both said they were delicious as well.

Had a wonderful dinner with my husband. Service was great and the white fish sandwich with slaw was delicious . The salmon with angel hair pasta was very good also. The dining room was very comfortable with tables socially distant.
