We was greeted as soon as we walked in she had a smell in my face also. The customer service we received was excellent. We was in a party with eight people they took our drink orders then came back properly and took her meal order. The food came out hot in season very well.

Haven’t been to Hawthornes in 7 years. Got their buffalo stromboli and it was extremely good. Fresh ingredients the price is good. Their ranch is great. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.. the bar area has a good amount of TV’s to watch the games. Friendly staff very clean

We loved the chicken sandwich with delicious waffle fries. Friendly wait staff. We also ordered a Calzone. It looked great, but it lacked any special flavor or spices. It was very bland. Next time I’ll go back to ordering their lasagna, as that doesn’t disappoint. ❤

The food is always so good! However, the service is abysmal. Our server was Laura, to say she was terrible, is an understatement. During our meal, she was openly dismissive and rude throughout. When asked for ranch, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The only thing that earned the two stars I gave for service are the guy who brought us the food and the hostess, who were both very nice and helpful when Laura was nowhere to be found. Overall, just order take out from here and save yourself from Laura and her attitude.

The pizza is good. The other food and the service is bad. In and hour I was served 1 drink and offered no refills. The bar tender was MIA most of the time. I ordered chicken pesto pasta which had zero pesto. $16 for a bowl of angel hair with oil and tomato. Poor service and mediocre food.

Came in with a group of Nannies 5 adults and 9 kids between 7 months and 6/7 we were probably the noisiest group they ever had yet they graciously ignored the Chaos. Even brought some pizza dough to entertain the kids. Amazing service amazing food couldn’t have been better!
