Hazy is a locally owned and operated restaurant that was created for families and large groups to casually gather over great food and drinks. Our barbecue technique parallels Texas style; smoked meats with signature dry rubs over oak wood fires. And although smoky, tender, juicy fare is literally “the meat” of Hazy, we also offer a variety of delicious salads, fresh vegetable sides and many unique options for all ages, diets and lifestyles. We offer beer, wine and a full bar. We cater events for 15 and up to 1,000 people across the entire Bay Area.

Hazy is a quality outing. Can’t beat the lunch deals. We got 2 good sized sandies with 1 side each for under $30 OTD. The spicy chicken sandwich was good (although not that spicy) and the brisket sandwich (brother raved about it). Ranch beans are a meal by themselves. They have plenty of good beer on tap. The outside patio is great with a fireplace in the middle and 2 TV’s.

Love this place. Great food, friendly servers. We had a meeting here and stayed way too late. They were still polite! Also, they have a $10 lunch special here. If you like BBQ, or cheeseburgers or salads, take advantage of the lunch deal. There’s also a great selection of beers on tap.

They offer a wide selection of draft beers from mostly bay area micro breweries. Beers are served in chilled glass at perfect temperature. Happy Hour is 2-5pm every day.

Man. I loved the joint and the food. Prices are on point. There is parking but limited amount up front – may have to park across the street. Friendly staff. BEER IS COLD TOO!! 1 minor thang… the trash builds up quick with the bulky trays and metal utensils. No real place to put the trays that I could see at the time. Other than that – it’s a highly recommend spot to hang, eat & drink!!

UPDATE: They have improved immensely! The burnt ends were very tasty, just too much fat that should have been trimmed off before cooking. Mashed potatoes were very good and the brisket beans were excellent! My only complaint was my food was packed and as I went to get in my car I noticed I was missing the burnt ends. I had to go back in and get them. Customer service seems to have stepped up a notch! Prices have increased quite a bit, but so have everyone’s prices. Maybe now I can start coming back.

Tasty barbecue! A cool spot with yummy food, cocktails and live music. Sides were tasty, and the meats were delicious but dry. Wonderful smoky flavor though, don’t miss the ribs, brisket, and cheesy potatoes!

The microwaved ribs were the best! I have had better in a McRib sandwich from McDonald’s. The people who work there are nice tho. Good people there but the food leaves something to be desired.

Found this place a few months back and it’s now become our favorite in Danville. The food is affordable, tastes amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect here. Outside patio is great and plenty of seating inside too. It’s our go to when meeting up with friends downtown.

Great food, wine and live music on memorial day early evening. We ordered Ribs, wings and Cajun sausage. Meats were done perfectly and juicy to the taste. Also ordered a 9 oz Miners Sauvignon Blanc which was simply delicious and going very well with the meat and the garlic bread. Good place and great vibes!
