By the looks of this picture you can tell how much I enjoyed this meal! Lol! This was my first time trying He Sheng and it did not disappoint! The general tsos chicken was very flavorful and my food was served piping hot which I so appreciate. The egg was absolutely delicious which was surprising because I usually don’t like egg rolls. I will be back to He Sheng soon.

The lady at the front was rude this is the first and last she will served me eating while handing out the food with a big burn blister on her hands no gloves and still mess up my order, I just couldn’t eat the food, it use to be good she should not be handling anyone’s food put the other lady at the front. She understands customer service.

My heart is broken because this used to be the best location for Authentic Chinese food. The lady at the front was rude. She was handling payments as she was snapping the string beans. No hand washing in between. Boxes were everywhere. Just Based on my observation alone, I was not going to eat there. Please bring the old owners back!!!

This take out spot is right around the corner from my apartment and I really enjoy their food. This style of Chinese takeout is what I grew up on and feels very nostalgic for me. All of my food is nice and hot when picking up. My usual go to is the chicken with mixed vegetables and fried chicken wings, and both are delicious.

This place used to be great. My family and I had been going here for years! However, as some comments have said, it seems that this establishment has new owners and they don’t seem to care as much about the food as the old ones did. My sister and I had eaten here a few months ago and we both got food poisoning soon after. Years of eating at this restaurant and this was the first time that we had gotten food poisoning! A bit later, some other family members of mine had bought my sister some food from here because they were unaware of the issues with this place. While my sister was eating, she had found a long piece of straight black hair in her food! All the hair in our family is short, black and curly. Anyway, after two bad experiences, I will not be eating here again!

This place is hidden and should get more recognition. Their lunch special is such a good deal it comes with pork fried rice & a free can of soda. I always spend about 10-11$ I always add 1 egg roll & plus tip. It is small no room for dine in. Carry out only but I prefer to eat my Chinese food on my couch anyways. I deff recommend!

Update August 2023. Something never happene before, the sweet and sour chicken tough and dry and not freshly fried like all the times we have ordered it. Also for years we order shrimp and mixed veg (L21) snd always in white/clear sauce. Last 2 x we ordered they give us brown sauce so I think must be new owners or new cook. Chicken with garlic sauce tender but lacked usual flavor.. maybe having just an off day as it was super busy at 130. Still have pretty good food at good prices.

Today I ordered food and I was less than pleased. This was my lunch and it tasted like old rice with beef that was slimy. I took a few bites and knew it didn’t taste right. In doing so I threw away the food. I use to love this place and the food always. But now I’ve given it 3 chances and this is the last straw for me. I’m never going back!!!!!
