Enjoy crafted cocktails from the HQ Bar while enjoying HOCK Kitchen Experience that features smoked Pork, Beef, Poultry, and various ‘kinds’ of side items seasoned with house-made rubs and spices. Borrowing from his culinary travels and studying the smoke pit and jerk techniques used throughout the Caribbean and Creole country in the states, Marlon put together a robust and mouth watering menu, featuring entrees that pair savory and creamy cheesy grits with the delicious smoked meat of your choice and an equally as delightful sauce or gravy smothering it all! The meats and poultry will be available by the pound. There will also be a selection of homemade BBQ sauces.

I’ve been to this establishment twice. Once for a restaurant opening and it was really nice. The food is AMAZING! I wanted to swim in the chicken and grits. The second time was in the “kick it” hours. There’s a young crowd that gathers here however everyone was kind and friendly. Unfortunately we arrived too late and the kitchen was closed. Otherwise I enjoyed my evening then as well

Place was clean and good decor. Two pool tables. Had the Jerk Cuban. Enjoyed the sandwich but could taste grease in fries. No Keno but they are in the process of obtaining the rights. A person doesn’t live on alcohol alone. Friendly bartender and attentive to the point i had to say “I’m good”. Lol. Keep in mind this was a Monday evening. Wasn’t very busy.
