We ordered a small chicken artichoke pizza, 2 brownies and an order of garlic cheese bread. The total was $29.94 and we tipped $5 after waiting 45 mins for order (that’s on top of the delivery fee), pizza was cold and rhe garlic cheese bread was burnt. We called and spoke to manager, who had us text a pic of rhe bread and then said he will replace the bread but doesn’t believe the pizza was cold so was going to wait for his driver to return so he could feel his bag for warmth. Wow I was floored. We order from there regularly and we live less than 3 miles from the store. We told the man nevermind bc never had to go through all this over a screw up. Tasted less than standard bc wasnt hot. Will not eat here again. Spent $35 and waited 45 minutes to be disappointed and basically called a liar. Get it together bc everyone in jimtown isn’t broke!

My order was an hour to closing, so I won’t rate 1 star, but, this was a $52, including tip for the driver who was a sweetheart, extra large meat pizza, WITH NOTHING EXTRA OR ADDITIONAL. This was my first Heady’s pizza and it looks like this. How can we make this right?

Our pizza was not ready when we got there. We had to wait about 5 minutes. It was fresh and hot when we got it!! The chicken broccoli fettuccine did not have much alfredo sauce at all. It was very dry. This item is a hit or miss dish. It’s either really good or not so good.

I’m normally very pleased with Headys but the last two times I’ve ordered haven’t been the greatest. I ordered a taco pizza that had mounds of taco seasoning inside almost like it wasn’t mixed and the dough was was still really soft and not done. I tried to give a second chance but going forward I will not be ordering from Headys.

We had Heady’s pizza last night 6/12 and had it delivered..we live pretty much on the edge of Newburgh and was told it was going to take close to an hour to be delivered to us. It only took 30 minutes and was hot and tasted so fresh when it arrived. Definitely worth a 5 star review and the money spent!

Flipping LOVE Heady’s!!! I am obsessed with their cheese toast and fettuccine and we eat here at least once a week! Delivery is always on point and timely and I always have hot and fresh food!! I also love that they are open so late! Definitely recommend!!

Doubled the price of all their food and raised the delivery fee from 4$ to 7$. Its a 20$ minimum with a 10$ delivery+tax charge before tip. Expect to pay 40$+ for a large pizza.
