I ignored the reviews and came here because someone once told me that this was the best hidden gem in Franklin. Don’t ignore the reviews. The service is abysmal. Pretty sure the lady serving hates people. Someone in the reviews complained she seemed to hate brown people. No, pretty sure it is all people. She threw some menus in front of me and ignored me for 15 minutes. It was not busy at all and she seemed to go out of her way to ignore me and try not to take my order.

Food great but had to wait forever to get a refill and then she only wanted to pour half a glass. When you’ve been waiting for a long time for refill you will drink half quickly. Come on get your service to go with the food.

Terrible service. Left us unattended a majority of the time, and they never checked on us. We were highly disappointed in the food. (I don’t recommend the ramen or the miso soup) I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed Took my boys here to try our favorite food, Sushi. It was lunch and only 2 table with total of 6 people. So I thought we got in at the right time. I was wrong. The waitress took forever to get our water (didn’t order anything complicated) 15 mins after waiting she came and took our order. At this time, another group of people walked in. There was only 1 server as far as I was aware. I ordered, 1 Salmon roll for my boys and 1 rainbow roll , I got myself ramen spicy soup with chicken.

I do had a bad feeling when the waitress look at me at a very weird way… ( she dont like brown people) then she just forgot to exchange my drink…so after 35 minutes wating for 1 roll o sushi (honestly one the worst I ever had) and a very bad ( and cold) misou soup…Ieft this very unwelcoming place with terrible food and service… ( I had dinner with no drink at all) by the way $13 per their best roll was too much for the poor quality of the ingredients…I won’t be back again!! Cheap people business !

Picked up some sushi to go. It was packaged really well and delicious. My daughter enjoyed hers as well. When I was inside picking up my order, I felt like I was getting ready for a massage. It smelled very spa like and there was tranquil music playing. It was quite nice!

Update to the below. 04/28/20: TERRIBLE SERVICE lately. I’ve gotten it 4 times recently and every time they have been outrageously late from the schedule pick up time, AND rude beyond belief when I called in. They’ve hung up on me multiple times. Ive seen delivery drivers waiting almost an 2 hours for food pick up. Only reason they’re still getting more than 1 star from me is because the food is good. Otherwise, I’d never go again.
