I cannot express how great this food is. I work for MTA and have a limited time schedule. This allows me to enjoy GREAT HEALTHY FOOD AT A GREAT PRICE! MY husband is an Operator at Suffolk Transit and he is over the moon on the quality and quantity. We are overjoyed…. All we do is add candle light when we are off and enjoy!!!!! The food is tasty and the calories are clearly labeled on the packaging. You can do a grab and go or order delivery . I do a grab and go, there is a microwave on the premises if you are going to eat it right away. This is a healthier option than McDonald’s etc. I’m glad they have a store near me.

I got my first meal today.. it was really tasting.. I suggested if could be possible have a microwave in your locations.. could be awesome.. I am driving most all the time, so I just grab a meal, and eat it, could be awesome to have to reheating it in the locations.. i trying to lose weight, I’m pretty sure your food will helping me to achieve my goal.

I’ve been picking meals from Health Meals Direct on and off for a few years. In the beginning food was great but I stopped for a bit because every meal i had i kept finding hair in my food so I stopped going. However, I recently started again with the meals but sadly I’m disappointed as the hair in my meals continued. Now the food does not taste the same it actually taste disgusting, my wife picked out 10 meals and only ate 2 of them because how bad it taste… Hummus Mediterranean has the best tasting food at good prices with a 2 day food delivery after you place an order vs Health Meals Direct that has a 7 day food delivery after you place an order

Phenomenal in every respect. I met Mike in North Babylon the other day. As an owner of 4 businesses and the father of two boys under 5, there is no time to meal prep. Nothing I have had so far has been anything less than wonderful. So much variety of healthy foods that you don’t get tired of it. Truly life changing for myself and my wife.
