Been wanting to stop by for what seems like ages, but I finally got a chance yesterday and met the owners who are so wonderful. I got the brown sugar latte which was really good! I am lactose intolerant and was stoked to find out their drinks are dairy free and replaced with 24g of protein-what??! And their menu is absolutely insane, there’s something for EVERYONE! I’ll be frequenting with my kids! Amazing addition to Lake Zurich!

Interstate All Battery Center
This is a great addition to Lake Zurich. I’ve enjoyed the Husky Latte, the Funky Monkey protein bowl, the Protein Donut and now the Caramel Iced Coffee. Each one of these menu items have been delicious. My next item to try is the Protein Waffle and I can’t wait. It’s nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile. Check this place out. It’s fantastic!

You will not find a better place than Healthy Zone Lake Zurich, unless you go to their other location Healthy Hub in Mchenry IL. Frankie and Ari are such wonderful people. Every time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and good conversation. Their menu is always great and is always changing (holiday menu, seasonal menu) which makes it fun to try new things! They are active on social media and will keep you in the loop with everything! If you haven’t been, this is your sign to go. Being someone who does CrossFit and Olympic powerlifting on a regular, this was probably the best place to open up in town. All their shakes are free of dairy, low in sugar, and have protein powder, plus other healthy beverages like refreshers, frapps, teas, etc. They are a little on the pricier side, but that is understandable with the ingredients that are used in these drinks. The lady at the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even broke down what they put in their shakes and how it benefits your health. I tried the fruity pebbles shake and was blown away with how delicious it was, couldn’t believe how big the size of the drink was, and it was only 200 calories with a good amount of protein in it! Worth the price in my opinion. I didn’t feel grossly bloated after drinking it all, which was a plus, and felt much energized during my workout. If you’re a health nut, or want to try something healthier, be open to give this place a try!

Wow! So many options….and so far all I have tried taste amazing! These are packed with protein and vitamins and are super filling. The size is more than generous while keeping the calories low. I love stopping in and grabbing a post-workout smoothie as a substitue for lunch. It also covered any sweet tooth cravings I get mid-day. This place checks all the boxes for me! They are reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients and they could not be a nicer group of employees. This is Lake Zurich’s hidden gem…..be sure to stop in and see all the options!
