This restaurant can get packed quickly especially after events happening in the area. Nice modern atmosphere. I love the chandelier in there. Our waiter was slow but I didn’t mind too much because I like to enjoy my meal with feeling like I’m being rushed. The food was good. I had the salmon and really enjoyed it, my friend got the shrimp and grits, the shrimp was wrapped in bacon can’t go wrong there but the grits weren’t as creamy as she likes them to be, and my other friend had the lamb chops no complaints there. Everything had a lil kick to it but not too much. The cream brûlée was really good (one of the best I’ve had) and the bread pudding wasn’t bad either. I like the portion size not too little and not too much. The menu is fairly priced. I can’t wait to try them for brunch.

First time here and the food was amazing, managed to get a table without a reservation I had the Double pork chop with sweet potatoes and green beans! Soooo good!! Also had a Crème brúlèe for dessert. I wish they had this spot in Austin! Definitely will be back next time I’m in Houston

The food here was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be back. In fact….probably again this week. The gumbo was incredible! Best that i have had in a VERY long time. They can give a lil more shrimp but it is filled with a combo of meats. Seriously I wont go anywhere else for gumbo. I’ve found my spot!

Excellent place for a late dinner for our party of 6!! We were seated immediately and our server was super attentive despite being busy. Our drinks were incredible (you have to try the Expresso martini) and the food was hot and fresh. Good vegetarian options too!! Will definitely be back.

Went to this place with friends over the weekend while in Houston for brunch. It also happened to be restaurant week so win win. Our server Miriam was awesome as well as the manager that day. Honestly even the hostess was great. All of the food was good including the shrimp n grits. The service was A plus. Everyone was were very accommodating and welcoming. My first time there and would definitely go back and recommend.

Christmas Eve dinner here… was nothing less than perfection! Our server Kenneth was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. I wanted to try every cocktail they had on the menu, lol! The food came out quickly and was so delicious. Definitely want to come back the next time I’m in Houston!!

The food was delicious. We are a vegetarian/vegan couple and the menu had several choices for us. Everything was delicious. Our friends who are not vegetarians loved their dishes too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is easy access from the Embassy Suites Hotel, where we were staying. We recommend this for a nice dining experience.
