Holy omelette. What a feast I had. I haven’t had an omelette in ages. I ordered the 3 egg (Hugh) western omelette with a side of home fries. Greg had a short stack of the blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. Real maple syrup also. One word describes both DELICIOUS and plentiful. It’s a bit to find but we’ll worth the end result.

Very good Texas style BBQ. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and wings are all fantastic. The Carolina style mustard BBQ sauce is best I have had and the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce is my favorite.

Looks like Bluebird BBQ finally has some competition! Wings were amazing, very juicy. Only bad part is these guys are open only Thurs-Sat. Hope these guys expand hours in the future.

This place has the atmosphere of a real deal bbq joint. I had brisket with a side of cowboy beans. The brisket was dry and not very flavorful, not much of a smoky taste. The beans were good but were more like pulled pork with some beans in there. As pulled pork it was good, but not my idea of a bean side dish.

Awesome barbecue. Highly recommend the ribs. The brisket is also very good. No sauce needed.. and to top it off he has some of the best selection of bbq sauces I have ever had, I love them all so much can’t even pick a favorite! Chef really loves what he does and has done his homework on the science of low and slow smoke. He’s very friendly and open to share some knowledge about what he loves!

We’ve dined at Heart n Soul for breakfast on 3 separate occasions in the last couple months and every experience has been outstanding. The service is great and the food is spectacular!! The portions for the price are some of the best in Chittenden county. If you’ve not been, RUN, don’t walk to try this place!!

Portion size was huge! Stack of pancakes could feed an entire family. Took my daughter there for breakfast last weekend. Have been thinking about it all week and heading back again with the family today! Great people, great service!

Tried their new breakfast menu this morning and they did not disappoint. Portion sizes are huge for price paid. Easy ordering and ready quick to take out and eat. I added on a homemade english muffin to my order and it was the biggest I’ve ever had. Definitely be back again for breakfast!
