Ordered a business lunch from these folks for the first time. The wraps are huge and delicious. We had the mac and cheese as well as the kale and pesto pasta salad. Also so delicious! Pricing is very reasonable. The best part was the delivery; such friendly guys and they even set up for us! Will definitely order again!

Great staff! Not a sit down place, but its style style encourages healthy and fresh meals. Between their minimally processed cold prepped foods like their sweet potatoes, their heathy stews soups and pulled pork, their meal prep kits they offer a lot of hearty, healthy options. On top of all that the staff was very helpful, and the food is a great price for what you get!

Asparagus soup was delightful as well as the cauliflower salad that I got! My brother ordered the chicken enchilada soup (I think that’s the name of it) & he inhailed it. We found our new favorite lunch spot!

Stopped into this little local establishment today for a quick bight to eat not knowing what to expect. To my surprise the food was amazing! They have very creative healthy cold salads and a nice selection of hot stews and meats. I had the Ahi Tuna, Snap Pea, Watermelon Radish salad… One of the best things I have ever eaten!!! The Sweet Corn, Cherry Tomato, Pepita was very tasty also. I met the owner Curtis very nice guy… can tell he really cares about his customers and business. Also very clean well branded local takeout restaurant. I will be back soon!!!

They’re awesome. My boyfriend is always the one to go grab the food from there. Him and his friend rave about how the lady there always give samples of everything to try. How everything is delicious. Personally I love all the Mac and cheese dishes and the teriyaki steak, fantastic. Especially for the price you simply just cannot beat it. This place is the best! Healthy gluten free and vegetarian meals are all available here as well. Everything is just always amazing.

What a nice surprise. We popped in for lunch and discovered all kinds of great options. Vegetarian salads with the option of adding a protein, nice soup selection and a really great banana pepper Mac and Cheese. The staff is friendly and the venue was spotless. If you have a chance they are worth the trip. Cheers.

Amazing place! Tried it on DoorDash for lunch. Honesty, one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Got the BBQ wrap and summer salad. Delicious! Good size portions for a decent price, too. Will be going back for sure. Highly recommend it!

No seating, but GREAT food! The tomato soup was fantastic, the stroganoff great, the cheesey chicken enchilada soup very tasty. We tried the mac and cheese and it was good too. Affordable and quick with super service. I will be telling my friends about this place.

The man who created this place needs an award! I am so very happy there is cheap, healthy food in this area now. I can have an entire meal under $10 including a drink! The unique juices are amazing, their food choices are incredible and the people are genuinely so kind. Thank you so much for giving my family an opportunity to eat out in a healthy, inexpensive way!

Excited I got to try this place today, as I was off from work and they only are open M-F 11am-2pm. I was so surprised! They have many healthy options compared to the fare in this area–hello, no pizza! What a breath of fresh air! I am so pleased there is another option close to West Seneca/Downtown Buffalo that has fast, healthy food without being overpriced. I really hope they stick around as the business hours will be hard to meet so I can enjoy them more, but I will stop in every chance I get. I tried their lime boneless chicken and avocado, tomato, and pine nut salad. So fresh and delicious! I also got to sample the mac and cheese. It has an incredible homemade taste!
