What can I say except THIS IS THE BEST CHICKEN SPOT IN THE MIDWEST HANDS ALL THE WAY DOWN. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Nashville medium hot chicken had the right about of crunch and wasn’t dry whatsoever which is rare to find nowadays. The fries I wish had a bit more crunch, but the chicken made up for that. My family enjoyed the fried shrimp, drumsticks, the corn. I loved the Nashville Hot Pork Rinds. I heard a lot about this place and I live in Saint Louis. This place is worth the drive. I would literally move to Alton just for this place. Plenty of seating inside. Also may I add that the young lady June 24th around 2:30ish she was so kind and welcomed me off the bat. May I add that I loved how this place advertise local wrestling shows. I will definitely be back here. Also everything is worth the price!

Chicken is always good, To each their own though, everyone is entitled to their opinion, I ordered food for myself my kids and their dad wasn’t to pricey and the food was good we even went back again. Not I have not had the whole menu I’m a picky eater but take my word for it they chicken is really good employees are very respectful and even help you choose a better meal option when your little confused

I’d like to first and foremost explain the customer service is amazing. But I have to go with 1 star because for a place called heaterz, they sure don’t have any inkling of actual heat in their food. You can ask them to make it extra spicy but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Real Nashville hot chicken should light you up even if you ask for it more mild. Increase the spice level please.

I want to like this place, I’ve gotten food 5 times and it’s progressively gotten worse. I don’t think I’ve ever had fresh chicken. It has never been hot, either warm or room temperature. The chicken strips I got today look like they’ve been thrown back in the fryer 5 times, the skin is extremely crunchy and hard, the chicken inside isn’t warm and is hard to swallow because of how dry it is. Only thing good is the honey mustard.
