Been here twice now. Both times for a pizza and a couple sandwiches. Tried something different each time. The last time we tried a specialty sandwich of the month called the Sargeant. It was a toasted sub type sandwich with several types of meat. Each of the meat items were cut up into small pieces so that it could be stuffed into the roll more easily I assume. I had never seen this type of sandwich prepared in such a way before. Maybe if we were not cutting it into smaller portions to share it would have been easier to handle for eating, but we had some difficulty keeping the contents in with smaller cut pieces. It certainly was tasty and filled though. The other sandwich was a very flavorful and tasty turkey and ham italian, which also was very well filled with meat, unlike other places where there is only one slice of meat. The pizza was again delicious this time we ordered the meats pizza. It was very well cooked and delicious. They have some core staff, but also looked like there were new people being trained. It may have taken a little longer while training was happening, but totally worth the wait. They have a pretty decent selection of specialty pizza and sandwiches along side standard menu fare. Anxious to try again. Excellent little place at the top of Goff hill.

Just had the worst customer service experience of my life. After I called because the sandwich was made Wrong, i got a response of what do you want me to do about it?. Then told the people who do refunds aren’t there call back. Oh, by the way, the kid taking food out of the oven was touching all the food with bare hands and wiping them on his dirty shirt in between food items. I will never go back and I can see it from my front door.

I ordered a take out Buffalo chicken pizza from here and I received the pizza with about 10 pieces of chicken, and no Buffalo sauce for $24 and change for a 14inch. (Not that big of a deal, it happens). So, I called the store; the “manager” was extremely rude, and cut me off over the phone call many times. But we came to an agreement to send me the correct pizza, delivered to my work because I took my break to go pick the previous one up beforehand. The new pizza took over a hour to get to me, and for some reason they took the original pizza back with them when they came to drop it off. The delivery driver was unpleasant and continued to ask why I didn’t want my first pizza. And after not being told by the manager tried to charge me a delivery fee that was not previously discoursed over the phone. Overall, I had a bad experience with the previous owners, but wanted to give this place a second chance hoping for better things. Unfortunately, I was let down again.

I’ve always loved Heathco’s. Not so much anymore. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery is the last couple months. The first time the Oder took well over an hour, I understood, it was a Friday night. Tonight a simple order of a pizza, fries and chicken finger basket. Order placed at 6:40, called at 8:30 to check on order. I was told they’re just finishing it up. Over half an hour later it shows up! 2 1/2 hours is completely unacceptable when I was told at time of order, 1 hour. Everything was way overcooked and barely warm.

Breakfast is fire! Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome! The pizza is good. The steak and cheese i ordered wasnt terrible but it also wasn’t top notch. Hopefully was just the day. The employees are all friendly and it’s an overall decent little store

I ordered delivery online, was quoted a time of 6:15at 6:30, still no pizza. At 6:45 I called, first they said they had no order for my address, when i gave them the order number. I’m told my order is the next to go out. Pizza is great, but won’t order delivery again.
