Driving from New Orleans to Houston after Hurricane Ida, and these were recommended from a friend. By far the best boudin balls I’ve ever eaten, and the cracklins are sooo good! Perfect snack for the road. Stop here if you’re passing through the area!

The original boudain had a little spice but very light or no salt taste. The drive thru was awkward to drive on. There were a lot of new medium sized rocks around the back which were not easy to drive on. The driveway part in front of the window was up a hill with a guard curb so if you don’t turn just right, you better hope no one is behind you so you can back up. If you do backup watch out for the big dumpster on your tail. Think twice about riding your Dooley, or big vehicle thru there.

Very good boudin balls!! I wish there was a remoulade sauce to go with it but the boudin balls by themselves very GREAT!

Cute little shop with great local hot sauces, preserves and spices. We got a meat pie, boudin balls and crackin. VERY tasty! We’ll be stopping by from NOLA on all our I10 road trips!

Tried the Boudin balls and cracklins. So rich and so good! The Boudin was moist, meaty, and slightly spicy inside. Loved the deep fried, crispy texture and crunch. It somewhat resembles a crab cake in that way. The cracklins are very good as well. They are rich, salty, and a hint of spices, giving them a pork lover’s dream in flavor. If you love pork skins, these are for you. I loved them.

This was my first time in the area. No other locations had any cracklins left. They keep stock of their food products, and those pork cracklins were phenomenal!! Cece had excellent customer. I hope that once I come back to this area, I get to see her again. She is humorous and sweet with great customer service.

Very clean and very friendly staff. We ordered a few snack items to eat while traveling which all were yummy. BUT, this place has SO MUCH MORE to offer. Sauces, syrups, seasonings, you name it … cookware, cookbooks. I am from New Orleans and was a kid in a candy store picking up items to purchase. This place is a must try.
