It will be hard not to come multiple days a week. I want to try everything on the menu! My date and I enjoyed ramen, sushi, boba, and even the fried pork appetizer! We liked it so much we got two more boba to go to take to some friends to try it! Great atmosphere, prices, service, and food!

Went to this amazing restaurant 3 times and every time everything was perfect. Their decoration is lovely and full of a Japanese vibe. The food is always tasty and looks great. The server I met was friendly and helpful. Really enjoy this place and would recommend it to a friend who visits Blacksburg.

Ambiance was pretty and nicely decorated, kinda tacky but I was for it. Sushi was good. The cocktail or drinks we got were delicious. The bathroom was stink and not that clean. Greens is better.

Our last trip to Blacksburg (son graduated from VTech this year). Moved him out of his apartment and decided to have lunch first. Ohhh man! Our first really good meal …. Late lunch so practically nobody else dining. Our servers were very friendly and smiley. Only down side (hopefully it was only for that day!) , cash or Venmo payment only.

Great little jewel for Japanese food and Boba Tea. Located right off of Main St and across from the VA Tech campus, the food varies from Japanese inspired appetizers, sushi, ramen, and rice bowls. Excellent flavor profiles from medium to spicy, Hefun has a little bit for everyone. The atmosphere is fun and themed to make your dining experience enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and polite. This will be a frequent go-to when in the Blacksburg or NRV area!

had a great experience here. the food is good; had ramen and unagi don that tasted great. the only thing is that our food came out at different times where the second dish came out significantly later than the first. Food was more expensive than i would like and the waitress didn’t know how things worked yet or what was on the menu. Still a good place to eat though.

My partner and I were so excited to see that Hefun has finally opened, especially since we’ve been waiting for a good ramen shop to open in Blacksburg! We went in today for dinner and had a very pleasant experience. As they have just opened, they are running off a “Soft Opening” menu, meaning there are limited options (we thought there was plenty already but can’t wait to see what else will be coming out).

Cozy Japanese spot across from Virginia Tech campus. Fair portions, not especially large. Food is served in the cutest dishes! Their Shoyu ramen was packed with toppings. I was incredibly pleased by their expansive boba selection. The staff were kind and patient.

Wonderful fun, staff, location. I had a few rolls of sushi – fresh, flavorful, outstanding. Will be back in the fall for a football game weekend with my college roommate and our wives. Wonderful selection (food and drink), at affordable prices. Can’t wait to try other dishes going forward.
