I used to work here and decided to stop in since i love the food here. I ordered two toasted cajun crab cakes, when we got them it was not toasted and there was salmon in the sandwich. The girl who helped stated that you had to ask for the sandwich to be toasted but it’s a hot sandwich it should be toasted anyways! When i got my replacement sandwich i got no veggies in it when i ordered it the first time. This will be the last time i visit. I’m sad i had to write this i loved Heidi’s.

Not one to post but terrible. Absolute worst sandwich shop I have ever been to. I will never return to this chain. I chose it over Subway where others from my group went, wrong choice. Wait was long, order was wrong, sandwiches were not worth the price charged. They were taking orders for stuff they were out of and sandwich makers kept coming out to discuss alternatives. Never ever returning here.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Listen to all the bad reviews. It was $47 for two sandwiches and two drinks and I couldn’t even eat it. Not only was the food expensive and gross, but the place was absolutely disgusting. Trash and dead bugs everywhere. If I could give it less then one star I would.

Very long wait for sandwiches. Once we got our food, it was disappointing…especially for the price. My husband got a Philly, and it was ice cold in the middle like it had been reheated. I had gotten a meatball sandwich. Mine was ok but the bread was really soggy right away so i had to eat it with a fork. I’d recommend Jason’s Deli instead!

$50 for 2 small sandwiches and a smoothie. They forgot to make my smoothie so took over 20 minutes to make our cold cuts with no line. They tried to upcharge me for different kind of chips. Flies every where. I pray a better sandwich shop makes it to Brighton soon

Used to be the spot. Food was always good, now it’s terrible, staff has zero customer service or social skills, food was good awful. They gave me my sandwich on the wrong, with hardly any meat and it just was not made with the same quality. I got a bagel as well, it was cold, stale and the cream cheese was vile, had a funky taste and it was literally liquedy. What’s goin on Heidi’s? You gotta fix this
