IMHO this is the best place in Norwalk for pizza. Unfortunately it depends on who’s working or if they’re busy – the quality can vary. When I order wings, I request all flats. I know that can’t always be accommodated so I appreciate it when 50% of the time it is. (They do read the special request section regardless as I have seen “all flats” written on the lid but got flats and drumsticks anyway.) Today I ordered a pizza with cup & char with a request for a side order of honey bbq wing sauce. I understand if the wing sauce is an extra charge – that’s fine – there’s no option to add it on normally. Didn’t get any sauce – understandable – maybe they can’t honor that request *BUT* instead of cup n char I got regular pepperoni – which wasn’t a special request – it was selected in the menu. I wish I knew when to order and when to avoid to get maximum accuracy/quality – I would stick religiously to ordering those times.

Their pizza is actually pretty good. I don’t mind ordering from them on a regular basis. But yesterday I took them over an hour to make 2 pizzas. I know that Friday nights are busy for them but I ordered online, ahead of time to make things easier for me. I ordered at 6:30 for pick up at 7:15. I got there at 7:20 and did not leave until 7:40. Had I known it would be that long I would’ve just ordered elsewhere

This is the best pizzeria in the area by far!!! Everybody who works here is extremely friendly and always trying make you sure you have a lovely experience. They are all very thoughtful in making sure that you receive everything you order in a quick and timely fashion. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best pizza I have ever had! In addition to the pizza, I tried the lasagna. It was cooked very well and I could tell that it was prepared with a lot of care in mind. This restaurant is very authentic to the Italian culture and it is very apparent that it is run by an Italian family, who know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I was very pleased with my experience and I will be returning many times in the future.
