Found this spot not far from our hotel. The staff were polite and helpful despite it being our first time and 15 minutes before closing. We got a muffin, scone, and two different hot teas. I was pleasantly surprised to find somewhere using loose leaf teas while on vacation! Everything was amazing and we plan to go back tomorrow morning.

Usually go to Starbucks went to Heine this morning to switch things up. They didn’t make my drink order the way I had asked no apologies then I get a drink half full. He says that’s what I ordered. After re-making my drink he hands it to me no apologies or have a nice day’s. The drink is way too sweet still not filled to the top as I asked. I drive away disappointed; I’ve wasted my money here. What I would really like is my money back because I will most likely throw this drink away but I am not going back there to interact with that staff again.

Pleasant staff. Coffee was fine, but the bagels were a let down. I was in a rush and ask for butter, which I didn’t get, plus i didn’t realize I would need to put my own cream cheese on. Not huge, but paid too much to make my own bagel.

I’ve been going to Heine for 23 years when I am in town. Just as I was walking out an employee was putting stickers on the front door. They have a BLM sticker too. I don’t shop at businesses that promote far left political groups and not even have an american flag with all the other stuff. Sorry,I am never returning.
