If you walk in just to get a regular cup of coffee do not bother. Between people who order ahead or order fancy coffee drinks, you are put at the back of the line. With only one person working counter he is unable to turn around and fill a cup from the dispenser. So far a 15 minute wait for a regular cup of coffee is not acceptable to me. Next time we will wait in multi car drive through as they have several people working back there.

Starbucks like atmosphere but with better coffee. Limited menu on display, but I was able to find a full menu on Google maps, complete with descriptions. Got the decaf vanilla iceberg, amazing. Not too sweet, good coffee flavour

Fair trade coffee. Nice ambiance. Used to be a beautiful mural inside store. Small “Miel” with oat milk & everything bagel with cream cheese was today’s delicious choices. Also, enjoy peppermint tea with lemon. Remodeled and now has a warmer ambiance.

I’m doing some training in town, and decided to stop in for a Mayan Mocha (I’ve had similar spice-based mochas and they’re usually tasty). The service was great, but I was completely overwhelmed by the Mayan Mocha and couldn’t drink it at all. Luckily I was given an opportunity to have my drink remade a few days later, and I ordered the Iced Dirty Derby Chai through the mobile app. The drink was ready when I got there, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Easily one of the best chai drinks I’ve had. Shout out to Erin @ Customer Support for helping turn my experience around. I felt that leaving a thorough review was the least I could do!

Heine Brothers’ is beyond thoughtful and considerate! I brought to their attention a customer being persistently inappropriate and they handled it so swiftly, seriously, and discreetly. Corey, the manager, went out of her way (literally) to follow the customer to the parking lot and confront the unacceptable behavior. They had my back, checked their security cameras, and surprised me with a drink! Heine is so much more than the superb coffee they make. They care strongly to make their space one that is safe and respectful. Thank you Corey, Lillie, Jay and all the other baristas!

We stopped in about 30 minutes before they close on a weekday and the service was excellent the coffee shop is clean they served us with a smile and the cherry almond scones were delicious as well as the coffee of course
