We usually stop in for macarons, but this morning we did breakfast. The sweet crepes are flavorful, light affair while the savory ones are some big eats. Both types were delicious. The only ding was the lady at the front. She seemed inconvenienced by us ordering and was unpleasant as she dropped off our food. Luckily the food made up for it. Still worth a stop!

The BEST Eclaire. The chocolate icing tasted like European chocolate & it was vanilla creme filled. Was like European pastry- FULL FLAVOR. Not too sweet- nothing lacking. The barister and staff were absolutely wonderful and so was the calm, jazzy atmosphere. A MUST VISIT.

Nice choose of macarons. Lots of eating options including sweet and sa airy crepes. Cozy ambiance where you can sit and have nice coffee. They have inside and outside seating available.

This is my favorite creperie to go to! First of, everyone who works here is absolutely amazing. They are very kind and funny and they check on their customers, no matter how busy they are.

Wonderful coffee shop with great food and great people. You must try their assorted crepes, cakes and macarons. All their lunch options are excellent, though the crispy pulled pork is my personal favorite. For those looking for a coffee shop to study/work in, they have a large table that is great for laying out your laptop and books, or to sit with a group.

So today was my first time at Helena’s. I had the Sausage Egg and Gruyere crepe! It was absolutely delicious. Also bought a few flavors of the Macarons. I was delighted with them. They were the best! And that Peanut butter pie. Oh my I was in heaven . Such a wonderful place and such wonderful people.

The crepes were alright, not authentic in any way but they weren’t entirely bad at all. The hot chocolate however, was horrendous, about the worst hot chocolate i’ve ever had. With no flavor, or even sweetness to make up for it(which if you can make a good hot chocolate it doesn’t need to be sweet.) Usually, in a real french restaurant, you won’t get your typical American knock off of water and powder, and even so, something from another place in the U.S. would still be better! Even a 2 star hotel buffet would have better hot chocolate. When my friends went up to get a refund, the process of getting a refund was unfortunate. The customer service there was not good, I think maybe they could take some lessons in how to be nice. Of course they were busy, but personally as someone who also works in the food service industry, it doesn’t hurt to at least not be cold and distant. All we needed was for them to be a little bit nice, but they simply treated us as if we were just something to check off. And then when my friends went up to get a refund, they were again cold and made it seem like it was a huge pain to get 8 dollars back, and 4 dollars is a lot for a bad hot chocolate. They eventually got it to my friends, but none of this had to be this difficult. All it would take to change things is to just be kinder(yes even when there’s a lot of people ordering) and maybe they should just remove the hot chocolates off of their menu because it’s not that hard to mess up and yet they still did.

One of my favorite places for crepes in the area. I usually always get the spinach and feta. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Coffee was good. I’ve had some of their desserts o the past and they were pretty good as well.
