Wow! Our first time here and it was absolutely fantastic! Our server was extremely hard working. The food came out quickly and everything was perfect! Great portion sizes and great prices. The atmosphere is just what you’d expect for an old diner. We will definitely be back!

This is my favorite breakfast place. I love the vibe and the feeling everyone has. The staff is very nice and polite, you can sit at the counter and have a chat with them. The chef who is always there is very nice too, also a very good chef!

I took my Father here for Father’s Day breakfast. It was packed with people! The food was very good. Great diner in Williamsville, NY! I had eggs over easy and my Father had the cowboy omelet. He enjoyed it.

Great delicious food. Sam was our waitress and she did a good job. It took a little bit for our food to come out but it was worth the wait and delicious.. I never get eggs when we got out but I decided I would try something new today.. I like small cozy little hole in the wall restaurants and this one was definitely one!! Absolutely loved the place and will be back! My favorite part was the cute saying all over!!!!

The food at Helen’s is so delicious, huge portions and reasonably priced! The staff is wonderful as well! Easy to find and plenty of parking out front. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend dining here!

I used to love this place when I was a kid. I have such find memories here. We tried to call and place a take out order. The women who answered the phone was rude, and extremely nasty. We asked about the menu, and got told to call back when we were ready to order. She yelled at us regarding ordering one item at a time when we were trying to order a combo menu item. Two eggs and pancakes to be specific, with a side of hash. I have never been spoke to in the way I was. I used to love this places but with this customer service I can definitely say we will not be going here in person or for take out.

Visting here from Texas, we found this old fashion dinner, owned by a nice service oriented lady, fun to talk, eat, super sized portions. We enjoyed it. Loved the ” Garbage Breafast”.
