Food was a good value and the service was just okay. The tables and atmosphere make you want to walk out before even trying the food. It was okay but I have no intention of visiting again. Sometime people don’t see how bad things look when they get used to it and see it everyday. The management might think about some table surfaces and a bit of maintenance to set the first impression a bit better, and then the food might be taken more seriously.

Great bar food. There’s an unfortunate musty smell when you first walk in the place. Once you get into the lounge, it’s not noticeable however. They had a great looking dessert menu, but I was too full after my Reuben to eat. I’ll be back however.

A great local family owned business. The best steaks in town, prepared exactly to your liking. Randy, the owner, does a mean prime rib. Reta, Randy’s wife, is always friendly and smiling. Great drinks at a good price.

We should have left before ordering. We had not eaten for quite some time because of being at doctor so we ordered. The server did not give our daughter her side dish and still charged a dinner price. The food was ok. The popcorn ceiling is coming apart with pieces missing. The table is sticky. Access was good. Will not go back.

Heller’s Restaurant has been around for a long time and the owners really know how to make really homemade food. All of there soups are wonderful but for me it is there fried chicken. That is the best of all Clark County. I give the owners 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for all there meals.

The place got dirtier. Used to have a decent steak. Now a 12 0z Ribeye, is actually a thin cut 8 0z before it’s even cooked. 24 bucks for a piece of thin steak, scoop of potatoes, tiny half piece if toast and any small salad. I never complain and I always tip. I kick myself for tipping and not calling them out on their dishonesty and dirty restaurant. I won’t be back.

I eat at Heller’s 3-4 times a month. I truly enjoy the food there. Especially the homemade soups, my favorite is the Stroganoff Soup that they serve every other Saturday. It is delicious! They also make the best fried chicken. They have Prime Rib dinners on Fri and Sat. nights, that include the soup AND salad, baked potato, bread and prime rib. I enjoy the atmosphere, homey and comfortable, and the staff are always helpful and fun to chat with.

Well, as my fellow coworkers and I walked into this fine establishment we all had an instant feel of regret! However before we could make it to the door we were seated, and we figured ha never know, can’t be that bad all the reviews are good. So we ordered, holy hell, the French dip had tainted rotting roast beef. It was white with green haze. The burger was a hokey puck. Absolutely the best place to eat in Washougal! ( layer on the sarcasm) food poisoning is in our future
