Stopped by Hellfire BBQ last week as I was hearing some good reviews about the place. I don’t know much about BBQ but I know what tastes good, and this place is it. I tried 4 meats, the Turkey Ribs Brisket and Pork. Everything was good but I especially liked the brisket and turkey.

Great little place we decided to try for the first time. We both had the brisket sandwich, and a side of macaroni and cheese and beans. The sandwich was great, incredible flavor, we both loved the sauce on the side. The beans were hot and perfectly cooked, mac & cheese is great. I would recommend this to anyone in the area, wanting some good barbecue flavor.

Savory, filling, & oh so delicious! Had the brisket sandwich and the Mac and he had the brisket and beans. So yum! Popular place during lunch, but served fast. Staff is super friendly and engaging. Expect some sampling too. The turkey was amazing too!

Idaho Falls finally has a great BBQ place. Excellent service, nice clean interior. The chopped brisket sandwich is amazing, so juicy and seasoned perfectly. Pulled pork is also excellent, not to smoky and also juicy. One sauce, but damn is it a great sauce, just a hint of vinegar and no bitter taste. Mac and cheese was good, so was the cream corn, and they were even better mixed into each other. I’ll definitely make this my go to for BBQ now. Well done gentlemen, I hope business stays good for you!

I knew this place was good when my Texas-raised son poked his fork onto my tray and asked, “Can I have some brisket?” Since moving to Idaho he has stuck with sausage, unable to find a brisket he approved of after being spoiled for years with good beef. We found all the Hellfire meats we tried to be excellent. The rib bone literally pulled out of the meat which had a good flavor. If the meat is already this good we typically don’t use sauce, but Hellfire had a good one–what some places might call “sweet.” The beans were fantastic. Less tomatoey and more sweet and peppery. It’s a good balance. I don’t like mac and cheese but my wife and son woofed theirs down. It’s got big pasta and is easier to eat than most. The staff were nice, and the place was immaculate. (See restroom photos.) All in all highly recommended. And as the big sign says, no, it’s not spicy–unless you want it to be.

Boyfriend and I went out for spur of the moment dinner (since we didn’t want to cook) and we’re both so happy we did. Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had, and the chopped brisket was phenomenal as well. We got talked into participating in trivia night and it was a blast. Immediately welcomed and got a few laughs in! Would absolutely go back!
