We are visiting from out of town and were looking for a spot for lunch/brunch that was close to other things to walk around and do. Hello Monty was perfect. Good service, dog friendly, fantastic food. We started with the tomato toast appetizer. I had the brunch burger entree and she had the grilled chicken sandwich. Plus a side of bacon and water bowl for our 4-legged son! We will definitely be back because there was more we want to try!

I went here when they first opened, day 3; food was pretty good with some work needed but you that’s very standard for a new restaurant. Went back 3 months later and had a solid meal and now it was also a brewery…. ok evolution of the space.

Amazing atmosphere both inside and out, open kitchen views and cool bar set up. Friendly staff and a nice menu selection. The roasted brussel sprouts were delicious along with the Italian sausage flatbread. We really enjoyed the basque cheesecake, an item my husband has been in search of for a bit. However, the salmon was grossly overcooked…to the point of dry leathery skin. And I’d much prefer my wine in a traditional wine glass instead of a low-ball tumbler.

This was my first time here and I loved it! The beer was delicious, and it matches well with its described style. The food here was absolutely delectable. The sweet tea brined chicken sandwich was juicy and had lots of flavor. The breading was very crispy. The whole sandwich was just nicely balanced and well put together. The potato wedges on the side were so crispy and yummy, I could’ve eaten an entire bucket full lol. House made ketchup and aioli were both good. This was the best lunch I’ve had in a while. The service was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, plus I got good suggestions that I’m glad I used. Please try this place!

Hello Monty is refreshingly different than almost any restaurant I’ve had in Chattanooga. They pride themselves on their charcoal roasted dishes and it truly did not disappoint. I had the crispy Brussel sprouts, charcoal potatoes and the 1/2 chicken. The flavor is phenomenal, presentation is unbeatable. We also got the Rose carafe which was refreshing and light. I cannot recommend it enough. I can’t wait to go back try their other options! My only complaint is that the prices were a little steep (carafe was smaller than expected, for example) but it’s a good treat yourself option for sure.

Been here twice recently. Amazing service. The appetizers are just amazing. The cheese dip or the Brussels sprouts are just excellent. Great indoor and outdoor seating options.

Came here for Easter brunch and it didn’t disappoint! They had carafes of bloody Mary’s and mimosas on special for $15 which was very small, it allowed for 3 small glasses (half filled with ice) drinks. For lunch I got the steak salad and the pork schnitzel and both were very good and flavorful. I wish the sandwiches came with a side of fries or chips, but they don’t come with anything and no option to even add on. The closest thing to add on was roasted potatoes but it’s not the same as fries! For dessert we got the French toast which looked amazing but the taste was a bit disappointing, definitely had higher hopes for the flavor for that. Overall good value, prices seem reasonable but the portions are quite small. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Sat outside for lunch. Was recommended the fried pickles and the Brussel sprouts. Both were outstanding! Had the Mexican firing squad drink and the 6oz steak. Another in the party had the BLT and was unablento finish. Looking forward to the next time to try something else.

All around great place. The service, food, atmosphere and even patio was everything you could want. Only negative is a very small parking lot. But there is street parking. So go and enjoy.

It all began from the time we were greeted at the door! Everyone was friendly, the service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. We shared the Duck ham and Banjo flat bead with sirloin, then ordered the bone in ribeye with potatoes and the HM blacked salmon with a side of grilled asparagus. We top off the end of our meal with the smores and bread pudding. We loved the atmosphere and the window booth with a view to watch the Chef’s in action!
