The food was alright. Not as authentic as you’d expect. This time we tried the Banh mi and although it was tasty the meats were extremely dry and the sauce inside was a type of mayo. A for effort there. The spring rolls were hard at the ends telling me they’ve been sitting a while. The shrimp and beef inside only stretched across a part of the spring roll and not the whole thing which was dossappointing.

Good food, good prices (even during inflation). Delicious green tea matcha boba. Any of the Vietnamese sandwiches (bành mí) are delicious with fresh bread. Pho is great. We have eaten here multiple times and will continue to eat here.

Excellent place to satisfy your taste buds. Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll is the best Viet restaurant in AZ. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite. The best Shrimp Stir Fried I’ve ever had! Just annoyed I had to share it.

They offer fresh noodles here, and they are an absolute game changer!!! At first, I was a bit skeptical on the actual difference fresh noodles would make but soon discovered that the texture was so soft and springy, and I loved it so much!! I’m craving it now just thinking about it the broth was also very flavorful, and all the ingredients were so fresh! Highly recommend paying the extra for the fresh noodles!! The customer service was also excellent!

Fresh Rolls were beautiful and bountifully filled (lemom grass beef). Pho broth (special pho) was awesome, wholesome, and seemingly nutritious- a real bone broth. Great service. Great value. Second time dining here. Upto date Bathroom was notably clean and modern.

Good pho, plates with rice or noodles, salade, bo bun. Not expensive. Service is fast and smiley. I don’t understand the bad reviews about the ladies, Blanca and Maria…we come twice a week and they are very nice and explain very well if you have a question about the menu. Good food for a good price.
