Food was OK for BBQ. Slaw was vinegar based definitely helped the BBQ sandwich. BBQ just not much flavor at all. Ribs seemed old and reheated. Brunswick Stew standard fair.

Loved this place. Fine chopped pork bbq plate. Hush puppies were the best I’ve ever had – I’m not alone, voted best in NC. Sauce was vinegar based – I had the spicy – delicious. Pinto beans with raw onions were awesome. Finished it off with vanilla pudding. They don’t have a website – so you have to just go in. Totally worth it!

Bar-B-Que at the right taste! I generally get take out every other weekend on Friday evening at this great restaurant. And, I’m always happy with my decision to go here. I have tried several items on the menu. And, never disappointed by any of their items. The fine friendly staff take care of their customers!

Looks like all teens running this place. No smiles, no grownups in charge. Every table was sticky and gross. The food was disgusting. Meat was old and absolutely bathed in bad BBQ sauce. Probably trying to hide the fact it’s not fresh. Hush puppies were dark almost black with charred bits of whatever was in the fryer all over them. Obviously the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in forever. The coleslaw looked like vomit. We didn’t finish any of it. The five star reviews with no details must be from the teens behind the counter.
