Ambiance won the dinner. This hotel and restaurant are close to our hearts. Was told this is a newer menu so I give space. Ahi tartar app was best dish. Surf and turf left a lot to be desired. Steak was undercooked at rare to raw, asked med rare. Lobster was, well, soggy. The tempura around it did a terrible disservice. Wife’s salad was just that, a pile of arugula. She enjoyed her bolognese pasta, and the creme Brule was as good a ever. I think the price points on the entrees were ridiculous in contrast with the quality of food, portions, and prices of the other items on the menu. I was disappointed with the value of this meal.

Our highest compliments on both the food and service! The grilled octopus was tender and flavorful! Veal Shank was melt in your mouth delicious! And the Ratatouille was such a treat! Eating outside across the street from the beach was awesome as well!

I had the wedge salad and surf & turf with a little red wine ….life is good! Great place, great atmosphere and amazing service by Rico! Across the street from Huntington Beach at the Waterfront Hilton so that’s the kicker bonus.

That pride brunch was a disaster honestly. I feel like they didn’t know how to run a busy brunch buffet (Food was a okay, or was a HUGE miss). And a lot of the information in the event ad was very misleading. I’m sure it’s a fine place to eat at on a normal day but for $70 I felt bamboozled.

Came here for the Father’s Day special. Reservations at 7:45 by 8:30 they come to tell us they are all out of the steak so we substitute by 8:45 they come to let us no they are now out of mash potatoes. They ram out of most of the food took forever. Will never go there again. For a higher end place I was highly disappointed.

Normally a Hilton breakfast would have the usual of cantaloupe and melon, egg dishes, etc etc. But this breakfast, shoot, I was super happy they went adventurous with chia pudding, lychee, and real healthy options for those with food sensitivity. I will not forget and shall return. Yeah my photo may look “healthy” but when has oatmeal taste this good. Not many provide a lot of options to customize to your taste.
