We got the protein donuts and they were absolutely delicious! A great replacement for regular donuts with great macros! Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. They were extremely friendly and helpful, something you don’t see often. Would want to go again just for the atmosphere alone. I wouldn’t skip giving this place a try!

Go see the folks over at Uplift Nutrition now! Mrs. Deavonna remembered my mom after one visit, and Mr. Antawan made our teas. My Mother got a Level 2 Bikini Bottom, and I got a Level 2 Raspberry Limeade ✨️sparkling✨️…. We’re awake, revitalized, and ready to take on the day! Mason at the bar, everyone was sooo nice, and personable! These guys love their job, and they KNOW what they’re doing. It’s a little overwhelming for a first timer, given all the mixers/flavors, enhancers (protein, b12, vitamins, etc), BUT Anatawan without hesitation explained everything. He was patient, and understood the confusion of a fist timer I can’t wait to go back. Our drinks HIT every mark. Go see ya new healthy drink spot folks at Uplift Nutrition!

Wow!! I never knew this place existed if it weren’t for Orangetheory Inverness! I’m glad I stopped by! The meal replacement shake was very tasty and satisfied my appetite until dinner! The protein donuts were amazing! The chocolate Oreo was my favorite! The owners are super sweet, very helpful! I’ll definitely come back!

WOW! I had the Lemon Cookie Healthy Shake-it was DELICIOUS! I will be back on a regular basis! Deavonna and Antawan were so friendly and helpful! If you haven’t been there, trust me- you need to give their protein shakes a try!!! Looking forward to trying their teas!
