Best, locally owned, restaurant in the area. Go early cause it fills up fast at dinner time. They only take cash or checks, so leave your plastic in your purse. We’ve gone twice now and it is like a family atmosphere. Don’t be surprised if the folks at the next table strike up a conversation or participate in yours! It is awesome!!! Great people. Looking forward to family and friends visiting so we can take them too!

We had a party of over 20 people, and the food came out hot, fresh, and tasty. Yes, we had to wait a bit, but our waitress kept our drinks full. When we left, we discovered the other side of the restaurant was wall to wall people too. Amazing job, folks. Cheerful people. Great prices.

The food, especially the Catfish strips and shrimp, are to die for. Never greasy or to much batter any fish choice is a great experience. Jason in the kitchen is the best. Service with a smile while your taste buds do backflips. The Bazemore boys will agree.

Simply the best place in Middle Georgia for fried seafood. The catfish and shrimp are great but don’t miss out on the whole flounder or the flounder filets. You won’t find any better flounder on the coast than Herb’s serves up right here in middle Georgia! The fried seafood is always hot , fresh, crispy, snd never greasy!

Great food and value priced. I been other place that were no where near as good, and they were higher priced. When I was there last on May 14th, 2022, it was close to closing time we had 4 adults. We got the extras and full plates, out the door I paid a 20%+ tip with the bill was around $60.00. For everything we got I thought the bill should have been higher, this was a great value. Great place to eat.
