Beyond expectations good. The service is 10 out of 10, very attentive and professional service. Love their bone-in ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection. The kid loves the brioche and asked for one more order to go. There are many fine steakhouses in Vegas, and we really enjoyed here.

A great steak experience at The Mirage. I was there in May 2023 and showed up on a Thursday evening with no reservation. However I did ask and opt for the bar seating and also was there shortly after it opened. The experience and service was exceptional. The food, drinks and wine very good and well served. There was a happy hour menu as well and the prices were appropriately reasonable. I would definitely dine here for a good steak and wine experience and being located right in The Mirage towards the rotunda dome in the midst of the space was great. It was open on all sides and the ambiance was very calming. The high end steak with a low casual feel was the prefect one. Definitely recommend and a revisit for sure.

Service was excellent. Very attentive and they replaced out margaritas with more alcohol as we couldn’t taste it in the drinks the first time.

The food here is phenomenal and any of these reviews that say otherwise are just people who naturally complain. The appetizers were fantastic. We had lobster thermadore served with a puff pastry. Perfect. A half dozen oysters which were delicious and fresh. But the appetizer star is the grilled octopus which I would come back and order again. For dinner my husband and I split a filet and ordered a grilled lobster on the side. They were accommodating and it was enough for both of us. Our party all had steaks. The crust on the outside is so well done. For sides we had creamed spinach, puréed potatoes and Mac and cheese. All amazing. I wish the wine list had more price friendly options but hey it’s Vegas. Would eat here again. Our total dinner for six was just over $ and worth every penny.

One of my friends who now resides in Vegas took me here for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised, given that this was not originally on my list of places to eat on the strip. The dry aged NY strip was flavorful and cooked as requested, and I used the side sauteed mushrooms as a topping for the steak, which paired well together. The old fashioned cocktail (I forget how they named it) was also excellent. Hopefully the staff can find a new place soon, with the hotel set to be demolished.

Wow! We had a great experience here. We started with old fashions, octopus and clams. Clams were a great size and cooked perfectly. The octopus had the perfect texture and flavor. After the appetizers we went with the sea bass and short rib. Thus was by far the best short rib I’ve ever had!! Great job all around to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommend!!

Another steak house in a resort, nothing special. The service was quick and pretty good, not as attentive as you’d like for the price point.

After much research, we traveled 427 miles to celebrate our anniversary at Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak, and it was worth every minute of our journey.

While our server wasn’t very attentive or a ray of sunshine, this was one of the best meals in Vegas! Filet Mignon was so tender and whipped mashed potatoes were divine.
