Nice little local spot. Nikki our bartender was amazing, attentive and funny. Would definitely go there again when she is working. Cash bar and they only have frozen za, but you can do delivery.

It’s a local place, a cash only neighborhood bar. I love it. Drinks are well priced, TV is brand new (ask about the disco ball incident) and they have one of those fancy pants internet jukeboxes.

Hermann’s rest a while is a small bar in port Barrington. I frequent it during the winter months to ice fish the channels of the fox river right across the street from the bar. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s pretty inexpensive to park in their lot if you want to go out ice fishing. At the end of the day it’s nice to warm up at the bar and grab a drink and a bite to eat. I’d suggest some of their homemade chili.
