Good service. Decent food. I ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich w, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and bacon. 1 star off due to false advertisement. No buffet option is available. You can only order what’s available on the menu. Personally, if I hadn’t shown up early in the morning and would have arrived in the afternoon or evening, I would have walked across the street and ate at El Ranchero IV Mexican restaurant.

Truck Driving Shawty
Visited this restaurant and started off with a great experience. I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and an appetizer, while my fiancé opted for the rib dinner. Initially, I found my salmon to be undercooked, especially in the middle, despite it being flaky on the ends. The waitress was quick to address the issue, and although they took away my whole plate, including the shrimp and broccoli, the second serving of salmon was cooked to perfection. The ambiance was warm, perhaps a tad too warm, but overall, I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the majority of our meal. Would give it another try!

I ordered breakfast from the menu. It was good. The grits were a bit hard. The buffet looked good. It had many home-cooked favorites, and the salad bar portion looked tempting. The service was outstanding. The waitress here was very friendly and very attentive for coffee refills, condiments, checking ok status.

Was a lil skeptical at first but it’s some of the best home cooking iv had in a while. I will be coming here everytime I pass through Emporia. The selection is small but everything was hot and fresh. The ice cream was hidden by the register so make sure you grab a cup.

I like stopping here to get food from the buffet. They keep this buffet nice and clean. I like the older gentleman that comes out to replenish the food. He keeps the customers in check that still think picking up food with their hands is ok…NOT! There are serving utensils for each dish! The fried chicken, cabbage, roast beef and meatloaf are delicious! Those are my favorites. The mac n cheese, yams and string beans could use more seasoning. They also have baked chicken, ham, rice, red skin mashed potatoes. They have a small salad bar and dessert but I don’t get any of that. Stop in and give them a try. I’m sure you’ll find something that you’ll enjoy.

So me and my dad were coming back from Richmond Raceway today and we saw this place on the road map and I came in hungry as hell and felt sick but the buffet was out of this world amazing and had some free ice cream. There was only 1 lady working but she was definitely on it and didn’t have to wait long. The buffet was like $9 each which wasn’t bad at all. Definitely a 5/5 stars

I was in town visiting I googled food near me in this restaurant came up. I looked through their menu and saw they had breakfast which I wanted so I headed that way. Upon entering the restaurant a hostess says the buffet is available. I walked over to the buffet to my surprise there was nothing breakfast. I later found out the price is 8 95 per pound for a to-go and 14.95for the buffet. I ask the hostess about the breakfast and she said they do not have breakfast I explained to her I saw it on the online menu she rolled her eyes and again said we don’t have breakfast. I politely grab my items and left. It was nothing on the buffet for me to be excited about to even stay to eat. All of the options were very dry looking the restaurant wasn’t even packed. Next time I am in town I will definitely go to McDonald’s Burger King or Subway to eat. If you eat here you definitely don’t have taste buds because nothing look season at all. No wonder they are inside of a gas station

We stopped at the convenience store and the food smelled so good we just had to try it. It was home cooked food from scratch not frozen, it was delicious ! What a wonderful surprise ! Can’t wait to go back through Emporia and try it again!! Keep up the great work !!

Just ate here, absolutely wonderful place, all you can eat Buffett, I went for breakfast and food was wonderful, I sampled almost the entire food bar and didn’t have a single bad dish, as a truck driver I highly recommend this place to all other drivers, plenty of parking, friendly service and great food for a great price
