This is another of Schuyler’s famous restaurants! Quite authentic and if you are not a local, the food items are partially exotic (although the town is increasing in its Latino / Hispanic / Mexican population). The food is great, and priceworthy. Do not be fooled by the picture, this is a taco truck, and it moves often. The owners however have put up a temporary shelter (in the picture) with picnic tables for those who wish to stay and eat. This is a quintessential Schuyler experience!

Great spot for authentic mexican food. Have not found anything comparable in Omaha. It’s always a treat when we are nearby. Friendly staff, great selection. Highly recommend carne asada tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. Make sure and get some green sauce.
