What an insane dining experience this is! It’s all you can eat, and you order the meats, vegetables, noodles, etc. off of a tablet at the table. It’s all brought out very quickly, and with two soup flavors that are brought to a boil you cook the meal yourself and make little bowls of soup!! It’s so delicious and the service is excellent as well! The sliced wagyu, pork rib belly, and brisket were all very good. There is also a sauce bar to make your own combination of sauces for the meal. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I love coming here. The service is always wonderful, the staff is amazing. The food is super delicious! The meat barbie is what you get when you order a lot of one meat. Since it was always the 2 of us we never knew and didn’t think to ask. This place is a cozy place to dine. The seats are bench seats, which aren’t totally comfortable but they work. I absolutely recommend coming here.

Since it was part of the mall I kinda judged it as mall food but this is a big understatement this place was dope broth taste good it’s actually spicy has a sauce bar and some good cuts and super affordable for lunch get the meat barbie for kids!

My favorite hotpot spot. Always delicious, great quality of meats, and have never left dissatisfied even after visiting dozens upon dozens of times. Staff is always quick and responsive. All around a great place to go when you want to splurge and eat copious amounts of delicious soup. Fun to enjoy with friends. Perfection!

This is a really fantastic experience for a lunch or dinner. The meal is nice and long…plenty of time to talk and relax. It is also all you can eat, you just press the items you want on the i-pad and the waiters bring it back from the kitchen.

My colleague & I made a lunch stop @ Hero Hotpot today in Salt Lake City Chinatown. Wow, we were surprised by the warm greeting of the hostess and were seated immediately. The wait staff dropped off a couple of glasses of water and politely asking if we would like any other beverages… Along with a small tablet menu so we can proceed to order our buffet hotpot items. We have several choices of soup base to choose from, along with the protein choices, vegetables, noodles, and rice, and some seafoods and tofu options. Overall, it was a great meal for lunch. We choose a Yin-Yan Hotpot option, where it served with Hot and spicy beef soup base, and a mild bone soup base. Once the order was placed, our table was filled with mouth-watering delectable dishes. The waitress makes sure that we had plenty to eat and always available to check on us and refilling our water glasses. She was extremely helpful and very friendly and making feel comfortable the whole time we were there. Overall, we feel the restaurant was clean and organized, well operated to keep the customers in mind and at ease while they dine at the establishment. A 5 starts service with a clean restaurant goes a long way in my book.

This place is just okay. The atmosphere is great and I was very excited to try this place. Upon walking into the restaurant I looked at their menu on their door for lunch. I am pretty sure the advertise different foods than what they serve because I remember being excited for meatballs and they were no meatballs on the menu. The lunch options were okay.. I mean they didn’t even have bok choy. A different server had to come ask me if I wanted to refill because my original server was ignoring my table. If I were to come back, which I probably won’t, I would maybe come at night time to see their different options.

Really great experience. Best hotpot in Utah, I’ve had all kinds of hotpot in Taiwan and the quality and flavor here is as good as I’ve had. Price is very reasonable for what you get.
