My opinion, the foods all right. Greasy. I definitely like their burgers for sure though. edit was 2 stars but now four stars. looks like they’re taking customer feedback seriously. From personal experience they charge for every condiment but they seem to have made some free. Also, I got their fries this time and they taste way less greasy so I’m not sure if it’s the staff working or some changes were made but regardless, the changes are evident now.

Had an appointment but was too early, saw this place next to Bi-Mart and decided to eat here. We ordered burgers, let me tell you brought back childhood memories of those old fashioned tasty burgers. The fries were crispy and also good. Stop by this place, they also have sandwiches. Great place to eat!

This spot is on point. The food is fantastic and you see it being made in front of you. It may take a little while but they know what they are doing. Good food needs proper tending and you need to leave it to the professionals. You cannot go wrong with the crispy smash burger, pastrami, or the caveman burger.

I’ve been driving for several days, moving from Texas to Oregon. I’m on the last stretch and have yet to have a truly satisfying meal on the road. I’m very satisfied with the Turkey bacon avocado combo I ordered. Simple and delicious. The bread is really good too! I am used to bread with a harder crust at sub shops and I enjoyed the soft pillow white hoagie mine came with!

Absolutely the best! food is great quality, the place is always clean and the staff are some of the best people in town, always have a smile, amazing customer service and make the food how I’d like it every time. My personal favorite is the loaded fries with pulled pork. 10/10 best place to eat in Medford.

4.5-5 stars! The prices seemed a little steep and I can’t say the place is spotlessly clean but I can say the workers are super nice and helpful and I can say the sammies are the bomb! The fries also rock! Guess you get what you pay for here. Looks like they have a boba and juice bar in there too if that’s your thing. Ate our lunch off the tailgate of my pickup cause everything tastes better there. We will be back… We got in an argument over who ordered the better sandwich, we will conduct more “research” in the near future. Today, you guys were our Heroes! Thanks.

Had the bacon cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich with the sweet bbq sauce with the make your own salad delivered through door dash and it was amazing. The burger patty was smashed and had delicious bacon and they followed all the directions for the burger and the pulled pork was so good I couldn’t stop eating it and I almost wanted to order another but resisted the temptation (plus they closed the delivery services for the night) anyway amazing food and coming back

We walked in and told her we’d never been there before and she said “you’ll be back.” And she wasn’t lying. Outstanding customer service, best fries I’ve ever had, the loaded tots we’re immaculate, don’t get me started on the double bacon mushroom swiss burger, and the Philly sandwich was incredible. I ordered way too much food but couldn’t stop eating until I could barely move. 100% coming back. One of my new favorite spots

Second time coming here. First time years ago my order was missing items. Today I thought I’d give it another chance. This time I order DoorDash and pick it up myself. First of all the DoorDash photo shows fries with the sandwich. I see that’s an add on but then why add ketchup to the order for free and tell me you put it in the bag? Secondly this bread is not the herd Ciabatta spoken about in the menu. The avocado was shown as thick slices but what I got was just a little guacamole. After coming back and giving it another chance I can’t say I’m impressed.

Service was awesome. Very friendly. Their regular menu is good I wish the meat had more seasoning. I was kind of disappointed that the Mr. Beast Burger cost more than their regular and it was exactly the same as the regular menu. Other wise it was a good experience.
