This was a boring trip and not very appetizing. The highlight was the BBQ baked beans with pork shreds. The ribs were good, well ok. They seemed to be cooked in a pressure cooker then maybe warmed. The seasoning was not very good and came with one BBQ sauce on the side… bullseye. The onion rings were frozen and deep fried and kinda greasy. My sidekick had the pulled pork sandwich with cold slaw on it and was given a 7 out of 10. Bread pudding is the only option. The staff was nice. I will not be back.

Our first visit here and the staff was very welcoming when we walked in. They were very patient and took the time to explain to us the answers to our questions in regards to the menu items . So thought I’d try a little BBQ while in Louisiana for the night. Don’t go here. Ribs = burnt, por was shaved and very bland, the smoked sausage was the only good thing I had( from the meat selection). The Hi Ho sauce is bland and lacking a deep profile.
