Very nice location! Felt welcomed by the staff even tho I realized they had just opened two mins before I barged In lol but she greeted me well and respectful which I appreciate! First time trying them & people compare them to steak & shake or Freddie’s I think their better! I love how I have access to my own fountain so I can get a comfortable amount to drink with the meal. Clean tables. Condiments at the table. Not sure what the orange/yellow sauce is but it’s good . Spoke to the person making signs thought at least one person would have a stank attitude cause it was early but nope! Lol not gonna lie this place the staff the art the scenery is all too tier. & thank you guys again. Oh yea I didn’t review the food .

Extremely disappointed with this location. I had high hopes for a great burger and shakes but was underwhelmed from the moment we walked in. The guy taking our order was very unprofessional and rolled his eyes several times. Was not friendly and we felt rushed as we ordered. He even whispered something rude about his boss as his boss walked away. The food was just okay. Nothing I would ever want to return for. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing. Just okay. We were finished with our meal when my kids finally got the shakes that we ordered. Still, nothing special. The chocolate one wasn’t even mixed. For $65 dollars I expected it to be better. Total disappointment. Next time I’ll go with a chain restaurant like Steak ‘n Shake.

Me and my Wife both had the Cowboy burger and it was great! I ordered the sweet potato tots and they were ok just a little too greasy for me. The service and overall dining experience was great. The Tennessee Tea (alcoholic) beverage was too!

Wow! This burger was amazing. I’ve been partial to another place for a long time but Hi-Pointe puts them all to shame with a simple and satisfying burger.

We arrived to a line out the door, so we ordered online instead. Our food was ready and we picked it up when the people in line ahead of us were about to order- which also gave us a discount. We had great turkey burgers and ate at a table outside. The burgers were great! We tried the sweet potato tots and the brussel sprouts-both were decent. Definitely a place we will try again!

Don’t be mistaken, you’d better bring your wallet. But this food is absolutely amazing! And the s’more shake is probably the best shake I’ve had in my life. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality burger in downtown STL.

This is a great spot for a classic diner style burger in downtown, and less expensive than Bailey’s Range. The fries always hit the spot for my SO and my personal favorite from the menu is the frisco melt and mac & cheese. The milkshakes are decent, but nothing to write home about. The decor inside is like a weed-themed comic book. Only qualm is that it usually takes forever….20 minutes plus…. to get a basic burger and fries to go, even when the place isn’t busy. It’s certainly worth a try if you’re on Wash Ave.

Reasonably priced food. Above average burgers that would be better if cooked with a little less fat. Shakes are amazing. Try the strawberry shortcake shake. It’s truly the best on the menu and you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered their signature burger, the Arch-D-Lux, and an Oreo Shake. The burger was very tasty. I recommend the double patty as they are not particularly thick.

Was downtown for a Saturday night staying at a hotel around the corner. Decided to venture away from eating a “hotel restaurant” and passed by this place. We ordered our food to go so we could just take it back to the hotel since it was extremely hot in there and we had been out walking in the heat most of the day. Anyhow, we walked in and it was somewhat confusing to figure out where to order. The guy in front of us offered us to go ahead of him because he was still waiting for someone to join him. Well, we stood at the big glass window/counter thinking this must be where you order, no signage gave any indication exactly where to place the order and the girl at the register just stood there staring at us rather than say something you would normally hear like “I can help you over here when you’re ready”.
