Little Hi was a little disappointing. The food was decent but not worth the price. The menu and pricing were confusing. We ordered a double cheese burger and their signature cowboy burger. The burger patty was high quality beef but had no seasoning. The only flavor from the burger came from the Bacon and BBQ sauce. The fries were well seasoned and mostly crispy.

Food was good and decent price. However we ordered drinks and we’re not told the ice machine was broke so we paid full price for warm, flat flavored water. Music was a little loud and had to talk louder to be heard by people at my table. Decorations were unique and eye catching and the extra sauces were very great. Update: Restaurant reached out to us to refund our drinks. We emailed back with no response. So the bad service apparently starts at the top. There are tons of great food joints in St Peters and St Charles, just not here.

Expensive for what it is. A simple double cheeseburger with one topping with fries and a drink cost almost $18. The food tasted fine but not worth the price. We were not expecting a dinner for 4 to cost $75, especially since the portions don’t match that price either. The picture here is the side of sweet potato tots I was given. Could have gotten a similar burger at Steak ‘n Shake. I also tried to order a dessert from their menu but was told they were out of all desserts. Disappointing.

Solid middle of the road okay. Took 22 min for 2 Frisco melts, tots and a shake. The shake was really good. Tots are good tiny servung. Our melts were giant but super over cooked so it was pretty leathery and dry. Not sure if that was just an off time or normal. Would ask for extra sauce to dip it into to try to save it if we ever go back.

There’s a reason Hi-Pointe is consistently ranked as the best burger joint *cough* in St. Louis. The burgers absolutely SLAP. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Always keep an eye on the daily specials; each location differs.

Hopping new place! 420 theming was unexpected but cool French fries are great, burgers and shakes awesome too. Lots of people with kids and babies. Ample outdoor and indoor seating. Fun experience all around. My one con is the Waygu beef hotdog, very tough. But for a burger and fries? Best place in town!

Burger was pretty good. Liked the pub cheddar option which was excellent. Also liked the soda options. The fries were ok. Felt a little over priced. $42 for 3 burgers, a kids mac, fries, and a soda.

It cost us more than $60 for 3 people. I am more than willing to spend money on an enjoyable meal but this was far from an enjoyable meal. My burger was extremely overdone, and it came out about 15-20 minutes before my wife’s and son’s which were also not up to par. I was excited to try Hi-Pointe and now that I have I will never be back and will spread the word that it is a place best avoided. Way better off at Five Guys or better yet Carl’s Drive-in!

My husband and I ordered our food at the same time. They brought out my burger and his never came. The first time he asked how much longer until his is ready. They said it will be out shortly. As I was finishing my burger he asked again about his burger. They told him it was not started yet. We will never go back because of the bad service.

Excellent Burgers that are cooked smash burger style. They were extremely tender and juicy and very large. I recommend adding grilled onions on the burger. I had their seasoned fries with cheese, and they were very good. And I can’t wait to go back and try a different burger and a different order of sides. They have excellent service and delicious dipping sauces. Highly recommend.
